National Sales Manager

Set sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategiesSupervise and support account managers and representatives to ensure client satisfactionCommunicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiriesGenerate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awarenessUse client feedback to improve customer experienceReport on sales results regularly and suggest improvementsIdentify and approach potential clientsEnsure brand consistencyStay up to date with product launches and provide support to clients and the sales teamOrganize meetings with the sales team to ensure all members are aligned and working on a common goal and deliver within deadlinesOverseeing sales and closely to ensure sales targets are met.Join the meetings with the potential clients together with the account supervisors to establish rapport and ensure close coordination with the client to serve their requirements.Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications:

Graduate with a Bachelor's degree related to Business Administration, Operations Management, or any relevant field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as Regional Sales Manager or National Sales Manager
Has experience in handling Visayas and Mindanao region is an advantage
Has experience in the Retail and Trading industry is a plus (Animal feeds)
Willing to travel
