The candidate shall be responsible for the management of the nationwide Sales Forceto assigned markets covering Architects, Contractors, Housing Developers, andGovernment Projects nationwide.(1) Development and implementation of the Annual Sales Plan, Sales Budget, andmonthly Sales Forecasts,(2) Management of all sales and collection activities through the Sales Managers,(3) Raw Materials Planning to include determination of what raw materials and finishedproducts to buy and when to buy,(4) Gathering of accurate market and sales data for submission to the PricingCommittee.(5) Development of the market through Sales Strategies in order to achieve marketshare growth.A. Work Experience? Minimum of twenty (20) years of relevant work experience in the nationwidemanagement of Sales of Construction related materials to Architects, Developers,and Contractors for various construction projects, ten (10) years of which should bein a Senior Management position.B. Education? Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business courses from reputableuniversities.? Post Graduate studies in Business Administration and other related post-graduatestudies preferredC. Personality Musts and Wants? Must be hands-on and meticulous with details.? Must be a strong leader, a team builder, and able to motivate his people to deliverexpected results.? Must be honest with a strong work ethic.? Must be highly analytical, resourceful, and creative.? Must be highly results-oriented, and a self-starter.D. Other Knowledge and Skills Requirements? He must possess well-rounded managerial expertise, people skills, and excellentcommunication skills.? He must have a wide range of Selling knowledge and must be hands-on inmanaging the nationwide Sales Force.? He must confidently lead and take accountability for his recommendations andinitiatives.E. Work Set-Up/Schedule? Willing to work on site in Makati and travel nationwide to visit key customers andmentor the Sales Managers.
