National Sales Director (HORECA) ?100-200K [Monthly] On-site - Taguig Full-time 5-10 Yrs Exp Master

Job Description Responsibilities Lead and guide the Hotels & Restaurant sales team to meet and exceed targets. Coaching and mentoring of sales team. Leverage existing personal relationships to win new accounts. Continuous account KPI review for steady growth month on month. Develop plans to enter new clients in complex selling process (Miller Heiman Sales Process). Ensure quality customer service to the clients and internal office (always there for any customer concern). Monitor inventory, incoming and existing sales. Develop sales organization, processes and communication to increase sales team's efficiency and campaign power. Active involvement in hiring and recruiting additional sales team members. Develop sales team members for next career steps as potential sales supervisors for new territories for national expansion. Overall company strategy development as part of Senior Management team. Strategic and creative product and business development activities (new product range, geography, overall approach). Develop and execute sales initiatives, marketing plans with team. Coordinate with other departments like supply chain, warehousing, production, finance, marketing for optimal support of the sales team. Collaborate with suppliers abroad to maximize joint marketing activities. Reports directly to the GM. Requirements Graduate of any 4 year course. Must have minimum 5 years exposure and knowledge in selling food to the Hotel and Restaurant Industry, preferably including all types of meat. Team leadership experience. Have a strong and reputable business relationship with the Chefs, Buyers and Purchasing Managers in the Metro Manila area. Must know how to source specific food products as needed by clients. Most Important Attitude / Skills Hungry to close deals (hunting mentality). Leadership skills (Teach your team how to do it rather than just doing everything yourself). Creative and 100% customer focused. Relationship builder and excellent communicator. Open mindset to new ideas / willing to challenge own beliefs. Self-reflected on other strengths and weaknesses.
