Responsibilities : Attraction/ Lead Generation/ Sourcing Design innovative Agency Recruitment initiatives and programs (recruitment drives, incentives, events and launches) that will attract existing/potential leaders and agents Extensive promotion of Agency Recruitment initiatives and programs across the country covering all leaders and agents Own the Business Opportunity Program (BOP) Establish and maintain physical and online recruitment presence Aggressively promote the "Agent Get Agent" program Identify and develop cross-promotions and co-marketing tie-up Clearlymunicate FWD Agency value proposition to target groups (distributors and managers) across all possible platforms Conversion Together with the SMT: organizes, conducts, and reviews Business Opportunity Program (BOP). Work with the Sales Management Team, Elite Learning Academy and Elite Leader Development, and allied partners to ensure proper implementation of the recruitment process up to licensing. Have a process for keeping candidates warm and engaged Management and Administration Oversee and approve policies and agency services needed to find solutions to pain points and drive positive changes for continuous service quality improvement Lead innovative initiatives that would result to a world class Agency Recruitment team including but not limited to recruitment tools (SRT, reports, Affiliates) Coordinate with Elite Leader Development on recruitment procedure module that the Sales Management Team will implement or enforce. Co-manage the recruitment leads with territory heads so leads follow the standard activities. Collaborate with Agency Senior Leadership Team to deliver more efficient approach of routine agency processes Drive the adoption of positive and disciplined control culture within the agency team Oversee that effective management of the Agency Recruitment function through relevant and improved processes; Achieve stronger relationship among members of the department's leaders, team members and stakeholders; Influence and sustain a high-performance culture and organizational mindset to effectively embed andmunicate Agency Recruitment policies and procedures Full budgetary responsibility and ROI accountability Privacy Notice Your privacy is a priority for FWD.
