About the Role:
The National Project Manager will lead project teams, providing hands-on support to our Store Development, Visual Merchandise/Category Planning, and Operations teams. You will oversee store projects and development initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to the business, strict cost control, and compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and implement project schedules, planners, and budgets, ensuring alignment with agreed timelines for design and construction phases.
Oversee the fit-out of allocated stores, including relays (both large and small), new stores, and relocations, from conception through to completion.
Create and maintain project documentation, including schedules, staging plans, Capex spreadsheets, scope documentation, OH&S reports, evacuation plans, and job status reports.
Ensure effective communication and compliance with merchandise services/category planning (Visual Merchandise) and relevant stakeholders.
Propose, cost, and evaluate construction options focused on cost-effectiveness for all fit-outs, relays, and rollout projects.
Develop appropriate project documentation such as schedules, staging plans, Capex spreadsheets, scope documentation, OH/S reports, Evac Plans and Job status reports.
Ensure all projects, and trades,staff and suppliers comply with the relevant OH&S standards to ensure safe work accreditations and safety management systems on site are updated.
Assist with maintenance works at stores and JB/TGG assets. (as required).
Assist and coordinate in a timely fashion with ESM and Compliance works as required.

Skill & Requirements:
Project management experience in shopfitting or refurbishment disciplines.
Proven experience in store relays, retail management, and organizational/analytical disciplines.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project.
Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
White Card certification is required.
Proven knowledge of building regulations and compliance standards.
