National Marketing & Sales Head

QUALIFICATIONS:
- With at least twenty (20) years of experience in the management of Sales & Marketing
functions gained from construction-related sales and marketing companies.
Graduate of Business Courses preferably Marketing or Business ManagementKnowledge of Marketing & Sales Strategies, preferably those that are applicable in
construction-related industries.
With Leadership Skills, hands-on and effective in managing a sales forceAssertive / Diplomatic but firmAble to relate with all levels in the organizationAble to handle work pressureWell-organized and systematic OTHER SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess knowledge of Marketing Principles, Market Research Techniques and
Conduct of Feasibility Studies.
Must have strong leadership and analytical skills
Must show excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Must be computer literate
