WORK LOCATION: Makati
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday | 9:00 AM - 12:00 NN
AGE LIMIT: 50 years of age and above are welcome to apply

- Graduate of Marketing and/or Business Management
- With at least 20 years of experience in the Management of Sales & Marketing functions gained from construction-related sales and marketing companies
- Knowledge of Marketing & Sales Strategies, preferably those that are applicable in construction-related industries
- With Leadership Skills, hands-on and effective in managing a sales force
- Assertive / Diplomatic but firm
- Able to relate with all levels in the organization
- Able to handle work pressure
- Well organized and systematic
- Must possess knowledge of Marketing Principles, Market Research Techniques, and Conduct of Feasibility Studies
- Must have strong leadership and analytical skills
- Must show excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Must be computer literate
