SALARY RANGE: NegotiableWORK LOCATION: MakatiWORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday | 9:00 AM - 12:00 NNAGE LIMIT: 50 years of age and above are welcome to apply- Graduate of Marketing and/or Business Management- With at least 20 years of experience in the Management of Sales & Marketing functions gained from construction-related sales and marketing companies- Knowledge of Marketing & Sales Strategies, preferably those that are applicable in construction-related industries- With Leadership Skills, hands-on and effective in managing a sales force- Assertive / Diplomatic but firm- Able to relate with all levels in the organization- Able to handle work pressure- Well organized and systematic- Must possess knowledge of Marketing Principles, Market Research Techniques, and Conduct of Feasibility Studies- Must have strong leadership and analytical skills- Must show excellent oral and written communication skills in English- Must be computer literate
