Graduate of Marketing and/or Business ManagementWith at least 20 years of experience in the Management of Sales & Marketing functions gained from construction-related sales and marketing companiesKnowledge of Marketing & Sales Strategies, preferably those that are applicable in construction-related industriesWith Leadership Skills, hands-on and effective in managing a sales forceAssertive / Diplomatic but firmAble to relate with all levels in the organizationAble to handle work pressureWell organized and systematicMust possess knowledge of Marketing Principles, Market Research Techniques, and Conduct of Feasibility StudiesMust have strong leadership and analytical skillsMust show excellent oral and written communication skills in EnglishMust be computer literate
