QUALIFICATIONS:- With at least twenty (20) years of experience in the management of Sales & Marketingfunctions gained from construction related sales and marketing companies.- Graduate of Business Courses preferably Marketing or Business Management- Knowledge of Marketing & Sales Strategies, preferably those that are applicable inconstruction related industries.- With Leadership Skills, hands-on and effective in managing a sales force- Assertive / Diplomatic but firm- Able to relate with all levels in the organization- Able to handle work pressure- Well organized and systematicOTHER SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:Must possess knowledge of Marketing Principles, Market Research Techniques andConduct of Feasibility Studies.Must have strong leadership and analytical skillsMust show excellent oral and written communication skills in EnglishMust be computer literateMust be willing to work in our Makati office, full-time.Salary : Negotiable
