Multimedia Specialist (Video Editor)

Are you a highly skilled and creative video and image editor with a background in creating engaging, high-impact performance marketing ads for social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram?In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging direct response video ads (70% of the role) and image ads (30% of the role) for use on Facebook/Instagram/TikTok/YouTube and other advertising platforms, to help drive sales for our eCommerce clients.Responsibilities:- Edit raw footage from content creators, professionally/informally shot videos and stock footage into polished video ads- Turn video scripts created by our scriptwriters into dynamic video ads and video sales letters- Create dynamic image ads from scratch to be used on each advertising platform- Work with content creators and actors to produce content for use in TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram ads- Monitor the performance of ads and make recommendations for improvements- Be able to understand the requirements of the client or team and present them accurately.Requirements:- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva, and Capcut and alike- Good understanding of what types of video and image ads perform well on social media platforms and how to create them- Strong background in video editing with experience editing ads for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok (70% of the role)- Experience in creating image ads for Facebook and Instagram (30% of the role)- Have a good sense of aesthetics and are able to make suitable editing and special effects according to the content need- Good communication skills and can work closely with other creative teams.- Fast learner and can quickly adapt to new software and tools- Efficient to complete assign task within given time frame
