**Qualifications**:
- Graduate of Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts or other-related courses
- At least 3 - 5 years of extensive experience in end-to-end design conceptualization, company branding, illustration and graphic design
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)
- Strong experience in using the Adobe Creative Cloud
- Ability to work around new tools and processes is an advantage
**Responsibilities**:
- Produce engaging multimedia content such as but not limited to:
- Audio-Video Presentations and Video Collaterals (primary)
- Social Media Collaterals
- Illustrations and Layout
- Brand Designs
- Provide general direction and recommendations on the website design and layout
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions focused on creating strategic and effective content for all CIIT platforms and channels
- Support other departments' requests for photo, video, or animation content
- Document school activities and events in coordination with the school's official media organization
- Conceptualize designs for marketing collaterals such as online ads, newsletters, blog posts, infographic, flyers, posters, banners, and departmental logos
- Develop other corporate designs and materials to establish the brand identity of the school
- Maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge with the most effective and engaging concepts and trends
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time
