Key Responsibilities Provide unique, innovative, and effective design concepts to customers Stay up-to-date with latest design trends, socialize and advocate the same to teams/customers Create videos, graphics and other elements to use by producing lifestyle content that are fresh, informative and entertaining via social banner posting and in short-video platforms to be posted in Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, Stories and Reels Provides creative executions for communication materials including static and video materials for educational content and promotion Stay updated on trends and generate creative video ideas aligned with the brand Delivers content in sync with monthly roadmap initiatives Participates in the support and maintenance of online content across multiple platforms Supports and maintains delivery documentation Produces multimedia content for social media, external and internal communications, and other design needs. Stay up-to-date with design trends, software, and tools to continually enhance design Helps in maintaining active and integrative digital media channels that support the team; and updates them regularly. Develops print materials that support the Team. (i.e. letterheads, business cards, calendars, brochures and annual reports.) Seamlessly manage multiple creative projects simultaneously Meet and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time and efficiency Communicate effectively with customers while understanding design briefs and sharing ideas Participates in weekly team huddle and prepare for monthly insights on created initiatives Minimum Qualifications: A user-centric mindset with creative, innovative and analytical approach Stronghold on e-commerce and online shopping Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator with strong graphics skills In-depth knowledge of key social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok and other social media content ecosystem Exceptional attention to detail with strong visual design capability Effective communication style at all levels in the organization, with strong oral and written skills. With good interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills Ability to interact effectively and positively in a fast-paced environment Executing tasks and projects within project scopes. Adept at problem solving unique and complex technical issues around content delivery. Work independently as well as collaboratively The qualifications you have should be: Must be a Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Graphic Design and/or related discipline At least 5+ years of work experience in Creatives, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing or Social Media Management. Must be willing to work on a Hybrid setup from 8:30am – 5:30pm (2 days WFH and 3 days on site) and be assigned in Podium Mall, Ortigas
