Plan, design, and produce packaging and displays for ATC-owned and licensed brands. Ensure adherence to customer and corporate brand guidelines. Deliver accurate final art files on time, meeting project requirements and brand standards. Maintain design systems for multiple brands with focused consistency across sizes, categories, and styles. Review and approve teammates' pre-production files, ensuring adherence to specifications and technical requirements. Act as a resource for other designers. Organize and archive artwork files. Coordinate with outside design agencies and clients as needed. Develop PDP carousel images, A+ modules, 3D renders, web ads, videos, and animations for brand support. Create designs for PR, advertising, and customer-specific requests. Support ATC-owned websites and retail partner sites. Develop corporate collateral that aligns with the company's positioning and guidelines. Collaborate on brand guidelines for ATC-owned brands. Create and maintain brand standards guide for external retailer art departments. Assist in maintaining project lists.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in Graphic Design or Production Art. Associate's degree in graphic design or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment with tight deadlines. Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and Mac OS. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Portfolio and three references required. COmpany Benefits: 13th Month Pay
