Responsibilities and Duties:
• Oversee multimedia projects for TV, film, digital media and print from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet the client's expectations.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, including involvement in costing and financial planning.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Develop and conceptualize original ideas and creative approaches for multimedia projects.
• Collaborate with clients and creative teams to refine concepts and align them with project objectives.
• Write compelling scripts for various multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive media.
• Ensure scripts are aligned with project goals, client requirements, and target audience preferences.
• Direct and oversee the production process, including supervising shoots, recording sessions, and other production activities.
• Ensure that the creative vision is effectively translated into the final product, maintaining high production standards.
• Manage post-production activities, including editing, sound design, visual effects, and final delivery.
• Managing communications and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and inspire a creative team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Provide guidance and feedback to team members to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee wine sales monitoring
• Performs additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Communication, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4 to 5 years of proven experience in managing multimedia projects across TV, film, digital media, and print.
