The Multimedia Designer is responsible for creating, developing, designing, and curating concepts and design solutions with high visual impact to interpret client needs and deliver business solutions. The role requires up-to-date knowledge and skills, as well as collaboration with cross-functional teams to accomplish a variety of corporate and digital art projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
Formulate concepts by studying information and materials, coordinating with relevant entities, and conferring with the team.
Work from concept through to final production on projects within communicated or agreed timeframes.
Produce web-ready and print-ready artwork and files based on new and existing designs.
Create, develop, or adhere to corporate branding styles in producing packs, logos, and brochures.
Produce and update social media skins and templates.
Create multiple layout designs for organizational branding and marketing, including email campaigns, letterhead documents, and brochures.
Design materials for organizational events, including promotional items, banners, and signage.
Develop creative concepts for branded merchandise, ensuring consistency with corporate identity.
Offer educated and logical opinions to improve concepts and projects.
Perform ad-hoc responsibilities related to marketing-related tasks.
Qualifications
Degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
Strong marketing acumen and a skill set in web design and user experience.
Highly proficient, if not an expert, in Adobe Creative Suites, especially in Photoshop, Illustrator, or their equivalents.
Strong understanding of digital and print production.
Demonstrable knowledge in photography, videography, and digital illustration.
Ability to visualize and design from concept to final artwork.
Ability to work within tight deadlines and across multiple concurrent projects efficiently and independently.
Experience in event design and merchandise design is a plus.
Ability to provide clear and logical rationales for design choices and work.
Agency background is preferred but not a requirement.
