Responsibilities and Duties:
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, offering creative ideas and solutions that align with the project's objectives and client's vision.
• Create high-quality multimedia content, including video, animation, graphics, and other visual elements, ensuring that all components meet professional standards for TV, film, digital media and prints.
• Direct multimedia projects when necessary, overseeing the creative process to ensure a cohesive and polished final product.
• Handle post-production tasks, including editing, color grading, sound design, and quality checking, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and by standards.
• Meet with clients throughout the project to discuss progress, gather feedback, and make adjustments to ensure their needs are met.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are adhered to from start to finish.
• Contribute to the overall creative process by staying updated with industry trends, exploring new techniques, and pushing creative boundaries.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Communication, Project Management, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in creating multimedia content, including video, animation, and graphics, for various platforms such as TV, film, and digital media.
• Familiarity with directing multimedia projects and overseeing the creative process.
Skills:
• Proficiency in post-production tasks, including editing, color grading, sound design, and quality assurance.
• Experience with industry-standard software (Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premier Pro and Capcut for video editing.
Adobe AE, Al, Photoshop, Cinema 4D, Blender for graphics)
• A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics to ensure high-quality outputs.
o Strong organizational skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with clients, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Awareness of current trends in multimedia and digital content creation, with a willingness to explore new techniques and push creative boundaries.
• Ability to address challenges that arise during project execution and implement effective solutions.
