Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on building systems, equipment, and fixtures.
2. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
3. Handle minor carpentry, painting, and masonry work as required.
4. Ensure proper functionality of doors, windows, locks, and security systems.
5. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance needs.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, reporting hazards and recommending corrective actions.
7. Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and services performed.
8. Assist with the installation or upgrade of property systems and equipment.
9. Collaborate with contractors and vendors during renovation or major repair projects.
10. Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests, such as leaks, power outages, or equipment failures.
11. Address tenant complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
12. Maintain an inventory of tools, parts, and supplies necessary for maintenance tasks.
13. Report and document material usage and equipment status to management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
1. Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar multi-skilled role.
2. High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training preferred).
3. Certifications in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems (preferred but not required).

7. Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy objects as needed.
