Multi Skilled Technician

**Job Qualification**:

- Holder of Diploma/Higher Certificate/ Degree in an electrical or mechanical engineering or with;
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Building Services field
- Experience of working on critical systems o With or without valid driving license - this will be dependent on account type
- Knowledge of HVAC, Fire Protection, Systems, Electrical and Mechanical systems and BMS systems.
- Knowledge of Occupational Safety Requirements
- Good PC literacy and able to manage daily activities using various systems Formulating, assessing and validating Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- Willing to follow 6-day work schedule, with rotating shift depending on business needs
- Minor civil works
- Liaise with core Admin team

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
