ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:1. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on all assigned properties which includes civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing2. Conducts routine inspections to identify potential issues and troubleshoots equipment3. Responds to tenant calls and initially assess concerns4. Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders5. Provides support to projects approved by Realty Operations and Purchasing6. Adheres to safety protocols and regulations within the industrial environment7. Assists and conducts warehouse turnover and punchlisting8. Carpentry9. Electrical10. Mechanical11. Plumbing JOB QUALIFICATIONS:1. College graduate/ TESDA NC III Holder2. At least 2-3 years experience in building or warehouse maintenance3. Basic troubleshooting (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing)4. Can read plans and lay-outs5. Knowledgeable in building or warehouse equipment6. Able to drive a car and have a valid driver's license7. Amenable to work from Mondays to Saturdays
