SosaJB Property Management is looking for TECHNICIAN - PLUMBING. Location is in BGC, Taguig. You will be working for 8 hours a day/ 6 days a week/ shifting schedule and will be reporting to the Building Engineer. The ideal candidate must accomplished daily equipment checklist and schedule of periodic preventive maintenance. Salary: Php 20,000.00 with Health Card, OT pay and government benefits.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
A graduate of a Technical or Vocational course
Must have above 2-year related work experience: preferably in the same industry.
Must have knowledge in maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Detection and Prevention Systems
Knowledge of safe methods of working
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent troubleshooting and technical skills

TASKS, FUNCTIONS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform hands-on technical works and daily routine monitoring/inspection as instructed by the immediate superior on-site.
Perform regular rounds/inspection of all building plants, equipment and common area facilities.
Execute the instructions from the on-site immediate superior regarding any matters that affect technical services that require immediate attention and action.
Ensure that equipment operation conforms with the operating schedule in consonance to the energy management and conservation program.
Operates and monitor operation of water pumps, exhaust system, air-conditioning system, lighting system, generator, and other property/building equipment.
Perform sanitation of assigned equipment room
Monitor preventive maintenance conducted by other third-party contractors such as but not limited to Passenger/Service Elevators, Generator Set, and Air-Conditioning System.
Monitors fit-out activities of unit owners, tenants and clients. Endorse to the next shift's MST the accomplished and unaccomplished activities of the day to ensure continuity of programmed activities.
Attend to unit owners, tenants, and clients' service calls/concern/request for assistance inside their respective unit/rooms in consonance to filed and submitted Concern Slip.
Ensures that all equipment is in good running condition, otherwise, implement troubleshooting activities to rectify any noted defects.
Reports to the on-site immediate superior for any noted defects and/or unfamiliar condition of equipment, incidents and the action taken to manage, monitor and address the problem.
