DescriptionTo provide essential service and support both internally and externally to managed services customers, distributors, and vendor partners.
Service DeliveryProvide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issuesTroubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from Level 1 Service EngineersAssist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, and other peripheralsManage and support user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systemsWork with Active Directory, Office 365, and other common enterprise IT systemsTroubleshoot and resolve customer back-up failuresProjectsAction assigned minor works and project ticketsParticipate in internal IT projects and initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of IT servicesSuggest and implement enhancements to improve system reliability, security, and performanceAssist in completing audits of existing equipmentAdministrationFollow up outstanding tickets and record outcomes accuratelyUpdate your timesheet to reflect time spent on each ticketProactively work on priority queue items when not on the phoneDocument all support interactions and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing systemAssist with knowledge transfer and training to other staff membersRequirementsMust Have Skills and Experience:
Microsoft 365 & Azure Technologies such as Admin Portal, inTune, Entra, PIM, Licensing and SecurityAdvanced Windows Desktop Management and troubleshootingBackup Technologies such as Acronis, AFI & VeeamNetworking and Firewall experience with Ubiquiti, Fortinet & MerakiEntry level Microsoft Server Administration and Troubleshooting2+ years' developed technical capabilities preferably with MSP experienceProven experience in troubleshooting and resolving Level 2 hardware, software, and network issuesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsNice-to-Have Skills and Experience:
