Experience: Overall Experience: ~8-10 YEARS in Exchange On-premises and O365 expertise MS Ops Job Description: MS Exchange/O365 Lead As a Lead Administrator, you should be able to act as a Single point of contact for the technical tower in front of customer management.Active participation in all the activities involved in Service/infra enhancement.Should have high knowledge and expertise in managing On-premises and O365.Participate in business meetings with various stakeholders.Hands-on expertise on mail flow and Connectivity related issues for Exchange and other O365 products like Power platforms.Should be able to analyze all kinds of logs and fix critical issues.Drive service improvement programs.Ensure adherence to quality/security standards defined for the engagement Perform Trend analysis, identify the top few incidents, and work with respective teams/individuals to minimize the incidents.Should be able to follow the CMR process and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure that the planned changes are implemented in the stipulated time with no outages.
