Qualifications & experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field is preferred.At least 1 year experience in procurement, inventory management, or a related field.Experience in the automotive or motorpool industry is highly desirable.Familiarity with motor parts, spare parts, and automotive supplies.Knowledge of stock control systems and procedures.
Tasks & responsibilities

Identify and evaluate suppliers for motor parts and spare parts.Create and process purchase orders for required parts and supplies.Track and manage purchase orders from placement to receipt.Verify received goods against purchase orders to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.Maintain accurate inventory records of motor parts and spare parts.Determine reorder points and initiate replenishment orders as needed.Coordinate with the motorpool maintenance and repair teams to understand their parts requirements.
