**Responsibilities will include**:
Provides leadership to the Mortgage Department through effective communication and direction; conducts weekly pipeline meetings to discuss active loans, policy and procedure changes, and areas for improvement,
Delivers performance feedback to include development plans and performance goals and objectives; clearly communicates department expectations,
Recommends and maintains appropriate staffing levels to balance service needs and operational expenses, interviews, and hires Mortgage Department Operations staff,
Assigns, directs, and appraises Mortgage Department staff; evaluates department work quality, efficiency, and productivity, formulating corrective action as needed and setting individual goals with staff members to assist them in achieving their full potential,
Develops and implements new or updated mortgage lending policies and procedures through periodic evaluation of existing processes; makes necessary improvements to ensure compliance with governmental rules and regulations,
Exemplifies IBM core values and mission statement ensuring professional business relations exist with associates, vendors, trade professionals and related staff; represents IBM at business functions and ensures IBM's professional reputation is maintained,
Ensures the pipeline is managed efficiently and loans are assigned and worked in a timely manner,
Responsible for the effective and efficient completion of mortgage lending functions in accordance with established policies and procedures assuring deadlines are met and appropriate real estate disclosures are received by borrowers within legal time frames,
Establishes and maintains effective communication, coordination and working relations with all associates,
Stays informed regarding developments and changes in the mortgage field,
Keep a close eye on the loan pipeline to make sure that internal compliance policies are being followed and that we're delivering exceptional customer service, and
Maintain and update workflows, procedures, and policies to ensure smooth operations and address challenges with strategic resolutions as they arise
**Must possess the following skills**:
Broad, direct experience across the various mortgage operations roles including Processing, Underwriting, Closing and Post Closing,
10+ years minimum total experience in mortgage operations (loan origination, automated underwriting, loan regulatory requirements, guidelines, etc)
Ability to understand lender and investor program guidelines and any related changes and communicate them effectively to the necessary operational areas,
A problem-solver, decision-maker, and self-starter with a can-do attitude who accepts challenges readily and works well in a fast-paced work environment,
Ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service for our clients,
Very organized and efficient in all areas,
Demonstrates a commitment to integrity and client confidentiality and can work well under pressure,
Superior interpersonal and leadership skills with proven ability coaching, training, developing, leading, motivating, and inspiring teams to achieve and exceed department goals and objectives,

Willing to work in Quezon City and work on a shifting schedule.
