We are a leading marketing firm expanding our capabilities to include training materials for a new call center department focused on financial sales. Position Overview:
As an LMS Course Developer, you'll design and build the foundational onboarding program for our new call center team, specializing in financial services sales. This role involves creating interactive, structured content on Moodle (or similar platforms) that will guide new hires through essential training on our sales processes, product knowledge, and industry compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Course Design & Development: Build a structured, engaging onboarding course on Moodle (or a similar LMS) focused on equipping call center reps with skills for inbound and outbound financial sales.Organize Training Content: Develop and organize a comprehensive set of training materials, from sales techniques to CRM best practices and compliance standards, ensuring logical flow and ease of use.Assessments & Knowledge Retention: Create assessments, quizzes, and feedback mechanisms to verify learning comprehension, ensuring new hires are ready to perform effectively.Remote Learning Optimization: Design with remote learners in mind, ensuring all content is accessible, user-friendly, and scalable across devices and internet speeds.Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with call center managers, HR, and quality assurance teams to align training with our marketing and sales objectives in the financial industry. Requirements:
LMS Expertise: Proven experience (3+ years) with Moodle or similar LMS, including content creation, customization, and using multimedia elements to enhance learning.Instructional Design Skills: Strong background in instructional design for sales training, especially for remote or international teams within regulated industries.Organizational Skills: Ability to structure complex content into clear, digestible modules, focused on an optimal learning path for new hires.Financial Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with financial services, sales compliance, and customer relationship management processes is highly preferred.Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration and clear instructional content.
