Molding Technician

**JOB DECRIPTION**

1.
Responsible for setting up plastic injection mold.
2.
Mold changes, new part set up and process development.
3.
Training and personnel and all molding requirements.
4.
Set up, operate or tend plastic molding or casting machines to mold or cast plastic parts or turn valves and or dials machine to regulated pressure, temperature and speed and feed.
5.
Clamp metal and plywood strips around dies or patterns to form molds.
6. install and remove molds, plates and equipment necessary for injections molding machines.
7.
Complete mold and plate changes according to schedule.
**EXPERIENCE**

1.
1-2 years of experience in plastic injection molding field.
2.
Diploma in any field or secondary secondary education with 1-2 years working experience.
3.
Must have 1-2 years experience setting plastic injection molds.
4.
Mold set up skill and experience.
5.
Must be able to obtain overhead crane licensing.
6.
Provide support to execute the instruction given to related production matters.
7.
Ability to set up tool and perform basic wiring to limit switches and core puller function tools.
8.
Ability to work under pressure.
