Molding Production Engineer

• Conduct process improvement activities, like set-up time, cycle time, and downtime reduction.
• Develop and establish new models and processes.
• Identify and troubleshoot molding defects in the process, and conduct or implement countermeasures.
• Handle training activities and skills improvement of subordinates

Minimum Requirements:
• Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Industrial Engineering
• With a minimum of 3 years experience as a Molding Technical Engineer.
• Knowledgeable in general Molding defect and countermeasures
• Knowledgeable in general Tooling construction and hot runner
• Can troubleshoot all kinds of defects in the Blow molding process is an advantage.
• Know how to use 7 QC tools.
• With proper oral and written communication skills.
• Hard working and have the willingness to adapt to new knowledge.
• Have effective communication with colleagues, immediate superiors, and other team.

Additional allowances (if applicable):
• Licensure – P2,000 (for PRC license only-Engineer)
• Safety Officer Allowance – P4,000
• Technician Allowance:
Technician (1-4yrs experience) – P300
Sr. Technician (5 yrs-above) – P600

Work schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 - 17:30
