MOLD TOOLING TECHNICIAN
Job Description
Perform basic machine tool operation like milling machine, lathe machine, EDM, Band Saw machine, and welding machine used to repair or fabricate mold and mold parts, jigs and fixtures.Able to read mold drawings and can use the computer using solid works, AutoCAD or other drawing software needed in his job.Perform basic mold repair and maintenance based on working drawings.Able to work with production team on identifying an solving molding issue and contribute to overall machine efficiency.Able under take training of local staff to raise competency level.Able to perform fabrication of electrodes, jigs, fixtures, mold insert and other mold parts needed by production or Engineering and can perform bench fitting.
