The Mobilisation Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring all necessary documentation, compliance checks, and onboarding requirements are met for employees before they commence work on project sites. This role involves coordinating with HR, recruitment, and project teams to verify that all regulatory, safety, and company compliance standards are fulfilled. The Mobilisation Compliance Analyst will track and manage compliance records, maintain data accuracy, and address any compliance-related issues promptly to support efficient workforce deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough compliance checks for new hires, including certifications, background checks, and safety requirements.
Verify and process required documentation for mobilisation to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Liaise with project teams and recruitment specialists to ensure all personnel meet pre-deployment standards.
Maintain up-to-date records in compliance management systems and prepare regular compliance status reports.
Coordinate training and certification updates for employees to meet site requirements.
Monitor changes in compliance regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly.
Address and resolve compliance-related issues efficiently to minimize deployment delays.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Compliance, or a related field (preferred).
Experience in compliance, HR, or workforce mobilisation, particularly in sectors like mining, construction, or engineering.
Strong knowledge of industry-specific compliance and regulatory requirements.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with compliance and record-keeping systems; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to handling compliance challenges.
Preferred:
Experience with Australian compliance standards and industry certifications.
Knowledge of workplace safety standards, training certifications, and site-specific compliance.
