WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....
Responsible for closing sales of various types of insurance policies in order to meet individual / team quotas and company business objectives
- Solicit new business leads/ referrals from BPI Corporate/ Business Banking Relationship Managers, Bancassurance Sales Executives and other channels that may be identified by the Company.
- 30%
- Present to and close new business account.
- 25%
- Offer benefits enhancements/ additional benefits during renewal period.

- Establish, maintain and cultivate relationship with the BPI Corporate/ Business Banking Relationship Managers and other distribution channels identified by the Company - 10%
- Establish, maintain and cultivate relationship with new and current client portfolio - 10%
- Introduce and endorse the Account Management team to the client during plan installation - 3%
- Prepare and submit sales reports - 2%
