Mis Team Lead For Software

JOB SUMMARY

MIS TL supervises employees of the MIS department in accordance with organizational policies and goals. Ensure proper functioning of the organization's information systems and makes upgrades as necessary. Being an MIS Supervisor helps business operations group utilize information system in to improve their efficiency. Additionally MIS Supervisor follows appropriate programming procedures. Responds to complex, escalated matters and ensures projects are conducted efficiency and recommendations and reports are accurate and timely.
Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other IT related course
At least 3 years work experience in IT operations
Knowledge in SQL, PHP, C#, C++
Experience with SQL Database Construction and SAP Crystal Reports.
Coaching and leadership skills
Good Communication and interpersonal skills
High level analytical and problem-solving skills
Adheres to Systems thinking principle
Customer service orientation
Diligent and responsible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
