Mis Staff

1. Assists with installation and integration processes, security issues, and program updates on a routine basis.

2. Plans for and responds to service outages and other problems with Senior/ mentor.

3. Responsible in network design and management, troubleshooting, back up and storage, documentation, security and virus prevention as well as educating users.

4. Responsible and accountable to secure administrator password.

5. Responsible for proividing technical support for e-mail, file server and communication problems such as internet connection, network problem, security camera, and telecommunications concerns via remote or face to face.

6. Installs, configures, maintains and troubleshoots PC hardware and software specifications.

7. Assists in Company Property Asset Inventory, Audit and tagging.

8. Responds to individual user's difficulties with computer systems, provides instructions, training, diagnose and solve common problems.

9. Regularly reports to Immediate Superior for the implementation status of projects, issues and strategic enhancements and or new technology that may be relevant to the business.

10. Participates and supports in all corporate quality, productivity, continuous improvement(Kaizen).

11. Practice Occupational Safety and Health, environmental activities, ensures 5s in the area.

12. Ensures attainment of MIS Targets and Quality Objectives.

13. Analyzes Root Causes and Proposes Corrective Actions for non-conformances

14. Performs other functions that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior for time to time.
