Mis Assistant

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Install and configure software and hardware
- Manage network servers and technology tools
- Set up accounts and workstations
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
- Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
- Should have 2 year and above of database, network administration, or system administration experience
- Knowledgeable in Windows and Linux Operating Systems
- Knowledge in MSSQL, MYSQL, and Oracle
- Familiar with any standards or methodologies and use as practice in their previous company such as ITIL v3 or v4
- Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
- Can work on-site and shifting schedule

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php23,000.00 per month
