The Migrations Lead will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the seamless migration of merchants to our payment platforms and services. This hands-on role requires an understanding of payment systems, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who can navigate complex migrations while ensuring minimal disruption to our merchants' operations.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Merchant Migration Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive merchant migration strategy, considering merchant needs, system capabilities, and regulatory requirements. Project Management: Lead the end-to-end project management of merchant migrations, including planning, tracking, and reporting on progress, timelines, and deliverables. Merchant Communication: Establish clear and effective communication channels with merchants undergoing migration, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth transition. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges in merchant migrations, develop mitigation plans, and proactively address issues as they arise. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical support, compliance, and IT, to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the migration process. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data transferred during migrations. Documentation: Maintain detailed records and documentation of all migration activities, merchant interactions, and issue resolutions. Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of merchant migrations and identify areas for improvement. Requirements
