Schedule: Monday – Friday (04:00 PM- 01:00 AM) What are we looking for? Skills Required:
Bachelor's Degree holder Minimum 1-2 years administrative/secretarial/reception experience Must have professional telephone presence in answering phone inquiries Familiar with Windows environment and have working knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Nice to Have:
Knowledgeable in using booking systemsWhat will you do? Answer and direct calls in professional, friendly manner and take complete and accurate messages to the appropriate party as soon as possible. Handles/arranges meeting rooms, and healing room reservations. Greet all incoming clients, and visitors with a warm and friendly welcome and manage registration process and accompany them to meeting room/private office. Receive and process appointments from HR for face-to-face interviews of external applicants. Maintain, clean, and always organize the reception area. Ensure overall smooth operation of the reception area.
