Mid-Level Web Developer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Software Developer to join our growing team. You'll play a critical role in analyzing user and system requirements, designing efficient programs, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet business and user needs. This position requires a balance of technical expertise, problem-solving, and teamwork, with an emphasis on developing both front-end and back-end systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze user and system requirements to define development objectives.
Build efficient, functional, and scalable programs to meet user and business needs.
Collaborate with developers, project managers, scrum masters, and product owners/managers throughout the software development lifecycle.
Develop user-friendly web interfaces (web UI) with modern design principles.
Test, debug, and optimize the front-end and back-end layers of applications.
Write automated tests for features to ensure reliability and maintainability.
Adapt and learn new technology stacks as needed to meet project goals.
