Microsoft Endpoint Configuration (Mecm)/Intune Administrator

Project Role DescriptionAct as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.The Work:-Design, implement, and manage Intune, SCCM & MECM;-Manage Windows 10/11 Autopilot/OS deployments, application packaging & and distribution on a worldwide scale;-Troubleshoot all aspects of Intune/Configuration Manager effectively;-Maintain performance and health of Intune/Configuration Manager deployment;-Create task sequence and troubleshoot task sequence failures;-Create technical documents, knowledge articles and SOP's and other deliverables;-Resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, execute changes in accordance with published standards and processes;-Lead problem ticket investigations and recommend viable workarounds and preventive measures;-Represent Neksjob in delivering high quality services for our clients.Here's what you need: -Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field 2 or more years experience in Endpoint Management or Administration-With knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Intune, SCCM & MECM issues, including management, compliance, application packaging and deployment.-Relevant certifications such as MD-102: Endpoint Administrator is a plus.
