The Work: Design, implement, and manage Intune, SCCM & MECM;Manage Windows 10/11 Autopilot/OS deployments, application packaging & and distribution on a worldwide scale;Troubleshoot all aspects of Intune/Configuration Manager effectively;Maintain performance and health of Intune/Configuration Manager deployment;Create task sequence and troubleshoot task sequence failures;Create technical documents, knowledge articles and SOP's and other deliverables;Resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, execute changes in accordance with published standards and processes;Lead problem ticket investigations and recommend viable workarounds and preventive measures;Represent Accenture in delivering high quality services for our clients. Heres what you need: Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field2 or more years experience in Endpoint Management or AdministrationWith knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Intune, SCCM & MECM issues, including management, compliance, application packaging and deployment.Relevant certifications such as MD-102: Endpoint Administrator is a plus.
