MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 CRM SENIOR CONSULTANT (Supervisor)
Responsibilities: Responsible for the design and development, modifications or extensions to the standard Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications focusing on the customer service moduleResponsible for coding, unit testing and creating supporting documentation for Microsoft Dynamics based solutionsDesigning and delivering Dynamics 365 and Power Platform based solutionImplement related customizations and reports to model the client's organizational processes as directed based on the system architectureFacilitate functional workshops with customers, document requirements, and design appropriate solutionsProvide client support at the appropriate time of the overall implementation cycleWork with the internal Team to deliver super-user and end-user training, as neededDeliver internal sessions on best practices and new functionality as well as features Requirements: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related coursesHas at least 3 years of experience as an MS Dynamics 365 CRM DeveloperHas experience in the end-to-end full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform Expertise of the Power Platform COE and all governance componentsFamiliarity and understanding of Power Platform licensing structure, plans and the costs associatedExperience working with SharePoint Designer workflows, InfoPath, or any other solution type conversion to Power Platform solutionsFamiliar with Azure DevOps or other similar enterprise planning and delivery toolsFamiliarity with Azure logic apps and Azure functionsAbility to work with functional teams with both onshore and offshore resourcesAbility to demonstrate a clear approach to methodology as well as functional capabilities
Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform Certifications
Ability and a good level of knowledge with project tools such as Azure DevOps (TFS, VSTS), MS Project, MS PowerPoint, Word, and VisioExperience in solution delivery with tools other than Power Platform such as Office 365, D365, etc.Good analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skill Work Setup:
