Responsibilities: Responsible for the design and development, modifications or extensions to the standard Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications focusing on the customer service module. Responsible for coding, unit testing and creating supporting documentation for Microsoft Dynamics based solutions. Designing and delivering Dynamics 365 and Power Platform based solution. Implement related customizations and reports to model the clients organizational processes as directed based on the system architecture. Facilitate functional workshops with customers, document requirements, and design appropriate solutions. Provide client support at the appropriate time of the overall implementation cycle. Work with the internal Team to deliver super-user and end-user training, as needed. Deliver internal sessions on best practices and new functionality as well as features. Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related courses. Has at least 3 years of experience as an MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer. Has experience in the end-to-end full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform Expertise of the Power Platform COE and all governance components. Familiarity and understanding of Power Platform licensing structure, plans and the costs associated. Experience working with SharePoint Designer workflows, InfoPath, or any other solution type conversion to Power Platform solutions. Familiar with Azure DevOps or other similar enterprise planning and delivery tools. Familiarity with Azure logic apps and Azure functions. Ability to work with functional teams with both onshore and offshore resources. Ability to demonstrate a clear approach to methodology as well as functional capabilities. Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform Certifications. Ability and a good level of knowledge with project tools such as Azure DevOps (TFS, VSTS), MS Project, MS PowerPoint, Word, and Visio. Experience in solution delivery with tools other than Power Platform such as Office 365, D365, etc. Good analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
