You can be located in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, or Philippines. You will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through successful implementations and integrations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC, empowering them to optimize their business processes and achieve enhanced performance.
Main Responsibilities Provide expertise in and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC application. Evaluate customer's business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality. Document business requirements that express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected. Perform fit-gap analysis and design and configure data migration strategies with the team. Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements that are aligned to business objectives - gain full understanding of current and future state business processes. Collaborate, manage, and lead meetings with technical consultants and client/end-users. Support the Microsoft D365 BC application to achieve the customer's business requirements. Facilitate the customer's decision-making process and develop the functional design document that will drive the development process - ensure needed modifications/customizations are addressed. Mentor and coach developers to ensure consistent code development across the whole team in an agile development environment. Keep up-to-date on new D365 features. Skills and Experience Experience as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC.Experience in designing and developing functionalities in D365 BC.Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of D365 BC.Excellent understanding and knowledge of core D365 BC.Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.Experience with setup, configuration, implementation, enhancements, integration, and testing of BC solutions using best practices implementation methodology. Experience designing and creating test scenarios, functional test cases, and user acceptance testing. Use of Azure DevOps and other test management tools for all aspects from requirements to UAT. Strong business communication skills with effective presentation and demonstration skills. Strong learning orientation with regards to new technologies and implementations. Self-starter and initiative taker with strong analytical and detail-oriented skills. First class communication and presentation skills at all levels in English required.Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information technology or equivalent professional qualification.Relevant Microsoft certifications are preferable.
