* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
* Must own a motorcycle and driver's license
* Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role within a financial institution.
* Proven track record in successfully managing microfinance operations, including loan portfolio management and risk assessment.
* High integrity, ethical conduct, and a commitment to responsible lending practices.
