(Mhe)Material Handling Equipment Coordinator

**Duties & Responsibilities**

Operational tasks:

- Preparation and consolidation of all MHE-related reports
- Process requisition of MHE-related supplies thru Ariba
- Coordinate timely delivery of requests with suppliers/BPG
- Maintain and monitor the database for all MHE files
- Monitor FMS usage of sites on a weekly basis
- Check and verify the accuracy of MHE reports

Administrative tasks:

- Consolidate MHE AREA site reports.
- Facilitate AREA MHE concerns, reports, PR Creation, Billings, Inventory/stocks, etc.
Safety-related tasks:

- Be familiar with the parts of requirement(s) applicable to the work subordinate workers are engaged in.
- Incorporate safety procedures in routine tasks and see that they are obeyed.
**Qualifications**
- Two years of a college diploma in Engineering with a focus in the mechanical or related field.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Preferable with two years of experience performing clerical and accounting activities preferably in a garage or transit environment with work order costing, purchasing, computers, and fleet equipment
- Knowledge of basic office and accounting procedures, filing methods, and the ability to operate a personal computer.
- Willing to assign in General Trias Cavite

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- General Trias, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
