The Role Purpose of the role We are seeking an analytical CRM Manager who thrives in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. This pivotal role reports directly to the Business Development Director andwill be the driving force behindmaintaining a CRM system that supercharges our sales efforts. Team Our Growth team is made up of our sales, marketing & video teams. Together, we tell the Laminar story to the world and make sure we are in the best possible position to continue establishing long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers. Your overall leader will be our Business Development Director. Your top 3 objectives 1. To maintain a flawless CRM system that acts as the heart of all our sales efforts 2. To continuously improve our sales processes and procedures 3. To hold our team to account with their commitments and actions relating to sales Your top 5 responsibilities 1. Own the CRM: you will be the lead person and owner for our CRM system, responsible for keeping it up to date, functional and pushing our sales efforts in the right direction Improvesystems:you will have the opportunity to evaluate and recommend enhancements to our CRM and related sales processes as needed to drive efficiency and automation, helping us do things in a better and more data-driven way 2. Report, inform and assure:you willproduce reports, inform our team and ensure they are complying to our processes to drive real action 3. Make scalable solutions: develop scalable and repeatable best practices and tools in collaboration with the team so that long-term impact is achieved 4. Develop everyone:maximise the development of yourself personally and professionally and educate our team to improve as well Your Capabilities You will have solid experience maintaining and managing CRM systems with strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact at all organizational levels. As a candidate, you should have: Must-Have (The fundamentals) - Mastery: Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
