Reporting to the Senior Metallurgist.QualificationsKey tasks and responsibilities:Ensures compliance with OceanaGold Philippines, Inc., company values, policies and standards;Always refers to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) when dealing with reagents or other hazardous substances;Performs troubleshooting and/or investigative metallurgical/operational duties as required to ensure the Process Plant is optimized;Liaises with Maintenance personnel daily to ensure technical requirements of the Process Plant are met;Provides ongoing training and development to production staff to ensure adherence to safe work practices, particularly in relation to the handling of hazardous materials, and supplies technical guidance and training in the formulation of these practices;Liaises with external consultants, researchers, laboratories, and other sites to improve technical knowledge with the main objective to efficiently operate the process plant.Qualifications:Behaviour consistent with OceanaGold Corp.
