Qualifications:
Vocational/Technical graduate/College level with strong technical background

Can interpret scaled and full size drawing

Has experience on using TIG and MIG welding set-up

Hard working and open minded in terms of changes and development

Good communication skills

Initiate new techniques that improves quality, productivity, and reduce cost
