Messenger - San Jose Batangas

Duties and Responsibilities:

Do the liaison activities - to courier stores, notary public, HDMF
Calamba and more;
Do delivery and pick up of documents from/to Buyers near the SMO of PMSJ ;
Support in delivery of documents/housing loan
folders to HDMF Calamba;
Assistance to RCG in Annotation, request of Tax Clearance and CTC of TD;
Other messengerial /clerical tasks;
ensure the safety & well being of the female employee/s of PPHC AMG in Batangas who are doing the legwork/liaison activities.
Qualifications:
Vocational / Bachelors Degree graduate
At least 1 year experience as Messenger or Liaison Staff
Strong communication skills
Willing to work in Maayo, San Jose, Batangas
Can start immediately
