Messenger

The Liaison/Messenger is responsible for delivering documents, parcels, product samples and other items between various locations, as well as collecting payments whenever necessary, invoices, and other financial documents from and/or to clients.
This role requires reliability, strong time management, and good interpersonal skills to ensure timely and accurate deliveries and collections.
Key Responsibilities

1.
Delivery Services - Transport and deliver documents, packages, products samples and other items between company locations, clients, banks, and other specified destinations

2.
Collection - Collect payments, invoices, checks, and other financial documents from clients as per the assigned schedule

3.
Record Keeping - Maintain accurate logs of all deliveries and collections, including dates, times, and recipients.
4.
Customer Interaction - Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with clients and other stakeholders.
5.
Compliance and Security - Follow all company policies and procedures regarding the security and confidentiality of documents and payments.
Ensure the safety of the collected payments and documents during transit.
