Mergers Acquisition Consultant

Responsible for identifying and managing the organization's portfolio of potential renewable energy deals, projects, partnerships, or acquisitions (both deals and land). Be a strategic advisor to the SNAP executive team on deal origination, M&A planning, and strategy.

Build and maintain high-level relationships with potential clients and partners. This involves developing a deep understanding of their needs and goals, and finding ways to add value to their businesses by partnering with SNAP.

Evaluate the financial viability of potential deals and assess their impact on the organization's financial performance.

Due Diligence and Risk Management: Responsible for conducting due diligence on potential deals to ensure that they are viable and align with the organization's risk appetite. This involves assessing the creditworthiness of potential partners, analyzing financial statements, and evaluating legal, operational, market, and industry risks.

Responsible for negotiating the terms of the transaction with the counterparty. Tasked to balance the interests of the organization with those of counterparties or potential acquisition targets.

Evangelize SNAP's M&A value proposition and industry leadership within SNAP, its customers, and other stakeholders; be a champion for the M&A lifecycle.

Assist in the implementation of Integrated Management Systems (Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, and Asset) and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Participate in the different programs of the organization.

Performs other related duties that may be assigned by immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS: Experience:
? 10-15 years' experience in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
? Experience in mergers & acquisitions.
? Strong executive presence with a history of presenting to senior leadership and boards of directors.
? Must have demonstrated success influencing and collaborating in a C-level environment and have specific experience advising the C-level of publicly traded companies.
? Proven ability to maintain conviction in high-pressure situations involving strong personalities and communicate effectively across all disciplines of a complex, matrixed, and rapidly evolving organization.
? Bachelor's degree in Management or any related course.
? MBA preferred.
